A known issue is preventing the background colour from being applied to a Filter widget if the filter widget is set to "Single Global Filter". This appears in Spring '20 and is a cosmetic issue.

A known issue is preventing target pages in saved views from completely rendering. This may manifest as blank or empty widgets and may impact the functionality of global filters or other page components. This seems to occur more frequently when a list selector is involved in the saved view.
