Known Issues · Einstein Activity Capture
Einstein Activity Capture users sometimes need to reconnect their data sources (email accounts) to Microsoft Exchange for the sync feature to work. This occurs when connection to Exchange breaks for some reason and the feature does not automatically attempt to re-connect.
