After pressing the magnifying glass icon to search within a report, the search results are shown with yellow highlighting. There is no focus change or any other attempt to move screen reader users to search results.

When a prospect submits a form without a required field, the resulting error message is not picked up by the NVDA screen reader (and possibly others).

The “Search” and “Refresh” buttons available within “Reports Detail” view pages do not contain assistive labels for screen readers to announce. Currently, screen readers announce them as “unlabeled 0 button.”

In every situation where a level 1 heading is used to title a list view, the Select List View button is part of that heading.

Screen readers read lots of code before the names and descriptions of components in Lightning App Builder. The list of components can't be focused without turning off standard screen reader functionality.

When tabbing to a picklist with the JAWS or Nonvisual Desktop Access (NVDA) screen reader running, the screen reader says "read only" when the picklist is focused.

When navigating to a rich text field with Jaws in edit mode, field labels are not being read, either when using the hotkey command 'E' to jump to the next edit button, tabbing, or down arrowing.
