When a new chart is being created, screen readers incorrectly read the Chart Name field. "Invalid entry" is spoken before any data has been entered.

Accessibility: The Titles of All Record List Views Always Add Level-1 Headings to Experience Site Pages

When adding objects for inclusion on Experience Builder sites, the names (titles) of their record list views are always added as level-1 (h1) headings. There is no way to hide the title or display it as another heading level.

Inline edit buttons in list views are represented by edit labels and pencil icons, even when they lead to picklists. Edit labels and pencil icons cause confusion when they do not actually lead to edit boxes.

Accessibility: Remove (X) Buttons Do Not Indicate Which List Items They Will Delete When Editing Reports

When there is a visual association between a list item and its Remove (X) button, there should also be a programmatic association so that screen reader users can also know what they are deleting, or the Remove button should include that context in its label.

Accessibility: Some Toast Messages are not Read by the NVDA Screen Reader When Their Buttons are Pressed for the First Time

When buttons leading to toast messages, such as errors, are pressed while the NVDA screen reader is running, only the Close button is heard. Toast messages are read on subsequent button presses.

Login button not focusing when navigating via keyboard

When navigating using the keyboard on a Recipient Portal as a registered user, the 0 UAT_ADA_Login button does not have proper focus. This is a violation of WCAG 2.0 A/AA success criteria 2.4.7 Focus Visible.

[Accessibility] Screen reader does not announce state of drop down menu (collapsed or expanded) in relationship map

In our package code in relationship map, we use a component called ui:menuTriggerLink to display the dropdown menu button. This component should have an aria-expanded/aria-collapsed tag in order to make the state of the dropdown menu button screen readable (i.e expanded/collapsed)
