Inline Pencil Icon contrast is to light for low vision users.

Low vision constituents report that the record field edit pencil is too small and too faint to be accessible visually. The edit pencil only changes to a dark contrast when the user happens to hover a mouse over the pencil.

ACCESSIBILITY - Remove Button In Lightning Web Component On Screen Flow Doesn't Have a Label For The Screen Reader

After searching for and selecting a record using a multi-select lookup element, when we press tab to select the chosen element and its respective x (remove) button, there is no label for the screen reader to announce to the user.

Accessibility: Dropdowns are not Accessible with VoiceOver Using Safari on iOS

When comboboxes are double tapped on an iOS device accessing Salesforce on the web using the Safari browser, the dropdown does not open and is inaccessible. VoiceOver also describes these comboboxes as having multiple roles: "combobox, listbox, popup, collapsed."

Accessibility: Pull to Refresh Does not Work Correctly on the Profile Screen When VoiceOver is Enabled

When the user is on the profile screen with VoiceOver enabled, the pull to refresh functionality is not working properly. Swiping down with three fingers does not refresh the page and the button labeled Pull to Refresh is confusing, since the refresh will only happen if that button is double tapped.

Screen Readers reading hidden elements on the "Knowledge" lightning page component

When using a screen reader on the "Knowledge" lightning page component the 'Search Knowledge' box is reading: "Unlabeled2 List box checked not checked sub menu" This should be a hidden element on the page and it shouldn't be read by the screen reader.

Accessibility: Talkback on Android with Google Chrome Does not Read Incoming Messages in a Live Agent Chat

While in a chat, the Talkback screen reader on an Android device using Google Chrome does not read most incoming messages from the agent. Instead, after the first one or two messages, a progress bar is heard and focus moves to the edit field where a new message can be entered.
