When creating a new activity, the Related To and Assigned To fields are not programmatically associated with their input controls, so screen reader users perceive those fields as unlabeled.

The "Log a call" (a docker composer) modal puts the initial focus on the Save button at the bottom of the pop-up.

Accessibility: Dropdowns are not Accessible with VoiceOver Using Safari on iOS

When comboboxes are double tapped on an iOS device accessing Salesforce on the web using the Safari browser, the dropdown does not open and is inaccessible. VoiceOver also describes these comboboxes as having multiple roles: "combobox, listbox, popup, collapsed."
