Returned BULK Data Load Job page with Salesforce Classic, when launching Data Import Loader from setup

After launching Data Import Wizard from setup and importing data completely, BULK Data Load Job page appears as expected. However, the page is loaded in Salesforce Classic UI though the UI is set with Lightning Experience.

"The page no longer exists." in LEX console when standard user attempts to use DIW

Internal Server Error when updating Owner field using Data Import Wizard
