When a user does not have permission to export a report, the user can still see the Export option when they run a new report (but have not yet saved). If as user's Locale is set to "Spanish (Peru)" they will encounter an error when trying to save a scheduled job, the most common one being the Weekly Data Export feature when trying to schedule recurring jobs.

The files of Data Export are of inconsistent size. They do not include the attachment files even though "Include images, documents, and attachments" and "Include Salesforce Files and Salesforce CRM Content document versions" is checked when Data Export is kicked off. Customers may observe that that their data export files disappear within 48 hours even though a new export request hadn't been submitted to the export queue. This could be a result of the org being migrated to a new instance after the the export completes.
