Custom error messages not displayed in Lightning Experience when uploading files

Server error messages (added via addError() for instance) are not displayed in various scenarios (e.g. file upload) in Lightning Experience. They are displayed as expected in Classic.

Community Guest Users cannot upload files using lightning:fileUpload component if apex triggers exist on "ContentDocument" with update event, it gets an insufficient access rights error.

ContentVersion VersionData is null in BeforeInsert Trigger in LEX but there are values in Classic
The ContentVersion.VersionData field is being returned NULL to Apex Triggers when used in Lightning Experience. This issue is not reproducible when a user is on Classic UI. Affected Apex Triggers are found to cause failures in File Uploads when used in a certain way.

When OwnerId of ContentDocument is updated in a single Apex transaction where the ContentDocument is created, new ContentDocument owner user is not able to access it.

This particular issue was observed by end users when saving Notes to Case records. The following couple of errors popped up during the Save operation attempts. 1] REQUEST_LIMIT_EXCEEDED: We can’t save your updates because the number of note versions saved in a 24-hour period has been exceeded....

Images inserted from Salesforce CMS don’t render in the new drag and drop email builder
When using the drag and drop email builder, images added to the content of an email from Salesforce CMS don’t render and instead display as a broken image icon. Any email sent that references the image will also render as a broken image icon.

Email Message FeedItem Inline Images show as Broken after My Domain is deployed

Preview image no longer loads in email feed items in Service Console as well as images are broken when attempting to load the images separately. This occurs post deployment of the My Domain.
