Salesforce CMS truncates uploaded content over 40 characters in length.
When uploading content with long filenames to Salesforce CMS, the file will be truncated from the left to 40 characters on subsequent downloads. The full filename will still display within the workspace, it is only truncated when downloaded.

File preview may fail to generate for some files in IND5 instance
In IND5 instance, the rendition of file preview may sometimes fail even if the file size is less than 10MB. This is due to the amount of graphics and data that can cause time out because it takes longer to process the rendition.
