Custom error messages not displayed in Lightning Experience when uploading files

ContentVersion VersionData is null in Apex triggers in LEX but there are values in Classic

Notes in LEX removes 'ContentDocumentLink' with no direct relations inserted by trigger

In LEX, Note will remove links that don't have direct relations to the notes. For example, a trigger on ContentDocumentLink where the codes share a 'Note' record to a standard user, the ContentDocumentLink created by the trigger will be removed.
