Posts from followed users don’t appear in What I Follow feed but appear in All Company feed

Some customers may observe that posts from followed users don’t appear in their What I Follow feed, regardless of the Sort By filters used, but do appear in their All Company feed. The behavior seems to occur very infrequently and may impact a very small percentage of users.

Process' Post to Chatter Action that posts a hyperlink ends up displaying "_HL_ENCODED_" in the record's feed instead of the proper URL/link

In a Process, "Post to Chatter" actions posting a reference to a Formula (Text) Field with a Hyperlink() function ends up with a post displaying "_HL_ENCODED_" instead of the actual URL.

"Best Comment" field appears in the report edit layout page but not in preview layout as well not in report builder page

Cannot hide Emails by setting IsExternallyVisible to false via before trigger in certain condition

System emails like chatter invite emails, password reset emails etc to some external customers are not being received by some recipients. Email logs do not show any failures and no bounce emails are received.
