Spring 20 Issue: Campaign History and Campaign Influence related lists doesn't refresh automatically when the campaign member or influence is added

After Spring 20, the Campaign History related list on both Leads and Contacts doesn't refresh on its own after adding or removing a Campaign. Same behaviour is found on Campaign Influence on Opportunities. The expected information is shown only after manually refreshing the page.

Unable to Send List email to lead records

Sending of list email fails when a user does not have permission to view the first lead (mostly a converted lead) and the user does not have access to any contacts.
