OpenCTI URL resolution fails against VF on a MyDomain enabled Sandbox, where the Sandbox name begins with the letter "C"

Relative URI softphones in Sandbox environments that have My Domain enabled do not function correctly This results in some OpenCTI function callbacks to not execute due to URL resolution failure under the condition of a MyDomain enabled Sandbox

Calls connect to an agent via omnichannel but no transcription recorded

Service Cloud Voice calls get connected to an agent via omnichannel, however, there are no transcription get recorded for the call. This issue will occur only if the user upgrades the contact center.

Utility Bar Does Not Detect Pop-out is Closed When Closing Pop-out Before Rendering Completes

When calling setSoftphonePanelVisibility() from isSoftphonePanelVisible() as a callback, it is unable to set the panel visibility to true
