Log a Calls do not show up on Case Feed

CTI

A user may have noticed that when he logs a call on a Case record from the Partner Telephony, it doesn't appear on the Case Feed. But if you go to the Activity Related List of the record, you can see the Task was created. The Case Chatter Feed just shows up blank and is not displaying anything.

When calling setSoftphonePanelVisibility() from isSoftphonePanelVisible() as a callback, it is unable to set the panel visibility to true

onNavigationChange() payload contains record Id of previously visited record if navigation changes via UI within the Softphone

OpenCTI onNvaigationChange() is invoked multiple times if navigation changes via UI action in the phone Adapter (e.g. button click). API invocation of same navigation works fine.

SearchAndScreenPop does not use pre-existing Softphone Layout for newly created LEX Apps

When softphone layout configurations are added before an Open CTI Lighting App is created the new app doesn't recognize the softphone layout config settings until after the softphone layout is edited then saved.
