Pop up window does not close on closing parent window if setup was opened while Pop window was undocked.


The Pop-out window such as Softphone or History pop-out does not close after the parent window is closed if the setup was opened from parent window while pop out was un docked. The expected behavior is the Undocked pop-out window should close when the parent window is closed.

Utility Bar Does Not Detect Pop-out is Closed When Closing Pop-out Before Rendering Completes


When popping out a utility bar item, such as History or Phone, and then quickly closing the pop out window before it fully renders, the utility bar doesn’t detect that the pop-out window was closed.

Error message when Agent answers the call using CTI Softphone Panel when using Docked/Popped out view


Agent logs into CTI call center, client calls, agent is answering the call. No search record pops up and shows an error window with message: "This page has an error. You might just need to refresh it. First, would you give us some details? (We're reporting this as error ID: 981032730).

onNavigationChange() payload contains record Id of previously visited record if navigation changes via UI within the Softphone


OpenCTI onNvaigationChange() is invoked multiple times if navigation changes via UI action in the phone Adapter (e.g. button click). API invocation of same navigation works fine.
