Open CTI API function fails with "Cannot read property 'servicedesk' of undefined" after session timeout outside of the Console

Using Open CTI, when the User Session is timed out, It does not alert the user and when trying to perform any DML operations it logs the user out without saving any context.

Duplicate Open CTI adapter displayed in sidebar when opening single user calendar day or week views

OpenCTI searchAndScreenPop() may not return Account records if your layout has the wrong "Account" object selected. The issue is due to one of the "Account" Objects being a BusinessAccount object

Pop up window does not close on closing parent window if setup was opened while Pop window was undocked.


The Pop-out window such as Softphone or History pop-out does not close after the parent window is closed if the setup was opened from parent window while pop out was un docked. The expected behavior is the Undocked pop-out window should close when the parent window is closed.

Utility Bar Does Not Detect Pop-out is Closed When Closing Pop-out Before Rendering Completes


When popping out a utility bar item, such as History or Phone, and then quickly closing the pop out window before it fully renders, the utility bar doesn’t detect that the pop-out window was closed.
