Custom setting for session timeout does not update cached value

Commerce Cloud Platform , B2C Commerce 20.1 , B2C Commerce 20.2 , B2C Commerce 20.3 , B2C Commerce 20.4 , B2C Commerce 20.5 , B2C Commerce 20.6

When configuring a custom storefront session timeout in Business Manager, the new value is not considered for the site. As a result, this the newly modified timeout value does not take effect until the server is restarted.
