Some AppExchage Listings not creating free trials


For some AppExchange Listings: When users select Get It Now, Free Trial option, the users never are sent the login info to access the free 30 day trial org. Not happening for all listings.

AppExchange Checkout - Subscriptions are created in Stripe but not in AppExchange


For some AppExchange listings, some customers are not able to see their subscriptions generated in AppExchange despite completing all signup in Stripe.

Stripe Data Won’t Sync to Checkout Management App (CMA)

When you set up data syncing using the instructions provided in the CMA’s setup wizard, the sync fails. This can happen because of an issue with the format of the site URL in the “Set Up Data Syncing” step of the instructions.

Packages dependent on Old Order Save Order behavior cannot be installed in Developer or Trial Orgs

Managed Packages, including Salesforce CPQ and Salesforce Billing Winter 21 versions, which are built to be dependent on Old Save Order Behavior run into an error when they are installed in subscriber orgs. There is presently no way to disable the New Order Save Behavior in Developer and Trial orgs.
