Lightning Messaging - Tab Visibility cannot be specified for Messaging Session or Messaging End Users via Permission Sets

The Winter '20 update added Tab Visibility support for the Messaging Sessions and Messaging End User objects. However, currently the visibility for these objects can only be specified from a User's assigned Profile.

Email-to-case new threading behaviour when sending an email to multiple Email-to-case service addresses

Sending an email to multiple Email-to-case service addresses creating multiple cases in Salesforce. Also, Reply all on the email that has multiple email-to-case addresses in the email is not adding the responses on all the cases however, email gets added thrice to one of the cases.

Flow execution does not stop with spinner icon still in play

Customer created a quick action button of Action Type: "Flow". The flow has Finish button enabled. When customer clicks on Finish button, the view is not getting refreshed and spinner overlay is not removed. Due to which customer has to do hard refresh to resume his work.

Read-only profile with Send Email perm gets permission error, but email still sent

When a user has a read-only profile with "Send Email" Permission opens up a case and sends an email via the case feed, the system shows an error prompt "You don't have permission to do this.", but still sends the email.
