When Insert Template is used for an email with both To and CC recipients, the Send To field will populate with the CC recipient instead of the To recipient.

When sending a new message and saving a new template, keyboard navigation in the Select Folder dialog is ambiguous. The current grid control for selecting folders has unclear navigation that requires an unusual combination of tab and arrow keys to reach all available options.
