Previewing a draft Knowledge Article object causes an ORA-00903: invalid table name exception


When using specific profiles and attempting to access previews of Knowledge articles via Apex classes using With Sharing, the error "ORA-00903: invalid table name exception" will occur.

Knowledge Article details information is hidden when detail information is collapsed in LEX.

When you collapsed a section in knowledge article to hide the content, it will also not show in community. You will only see the Title and sections that are not hiding.

Unable to edit online article if there is a duplicate UrlName

It is possible for users to create two articles with same UrlName under some race conditions, for example, some customers have one online article and one draft article with same UrlName in same Language. In such scenarios, users will not be able to edit the Online Article.

Internal Server Error shown when trying to add a Knowledge criteria-based sharing rule in an org that has External Sharing Model enabled (-2017018868)

Doc Fix: Unable to restrict Data Category visibility settings with only profiles

The default data category visibility is not being restricted within the profile setting. While we set the Default DataCategory Visibility to ALL and try to restrict visibility to "Custom" with access to few sub-categoryies in the community user profile and guest user profile, it does not take affect....
