Case and Lead Notification Email is sent from Flow/Process regardless of settings

Case or Lead owner updates processed through Process Builder or Flow are sending the owner change notification regardless of any email alert settings.

Inline editing of a locked record can be initiated in Lightning, but does give the "Record Locked" error on save

When a record is locked for an Approval Process in Lightning Experience, inline editing can be initiated but does give the "Record Locked" error on save. In Salesforce Classic, inline editing is completely locked out when a record is locked for an Approval Process.

Multiple email notifications are sent when changing the record owner in Lightning

In lightning, multiple email notifications are sent when the owner field is changed in UI along with "Send notification email" check box enabled. This happens when there is apex trigger to update the related records owner field. The same records when changed in classic do not sent multiple email.
