Article View Count doesn't increment correctly when articles are viewed in Lightning

Customers may observed that an article's view count doesn't increase by the expected number of views after an article is viewed in Lightning, but views in Classic are reflected on the respective article's view count in Lightning.

Data Categories Display Order


At this time, though you can set an ordering to the Data Category groups in Data Category Assignments, the order is not maintained and therefore not persistent.

Unable to link articles using smart link


When you use the Smart Link option in an article and use the article number to search, it will open the article instead of linking the article to the existing article

Knowledge tab is not translated in user language


In lightning platform, knowledge tab does not translated in user language other than English.

Changing knowledge article record type throws error: “You cannot change the record type for articles with translation.: Record Type ID”


It is a limitation that articles with translation cannot change the Record Type. However, if you remove the translation on the article you still get the error: “You cannot change the record type for articles with translation.: Record Type ID”
