When deploying a Change Set that contains a Case Lightning Page, if the page contains an Email Related List, deployment will fail with an "Invalid component [force:relatedListSingleContainer]: missing required property [relatedListApiName]" error.

Field Accessibility for the Record Type fields is ignored in Lightning. Setting the Opportunity Record Type field to Read Only in the layout works in classic but the field is editable if you change to Lightning.

When an approval process updates the Record Owner to a Queue and sends out an Email Alert to the Record Owner, it is sending to each individual member of the queue and the queue email itself. In lightning, multiple email notifications are sent when the owner field is changed in UI along with "Send notification email" check box enabled. This happens when there is apex trigger to update the related records owner field. The same records when changed in classic do not sent multiple email.
