Creating a new Queue should NOT create a new List View in Customer Portal

Not Categorized

When a new Queue is created to manage Cases, a new List View is automatically created on Cases for tracking assignments to that queue. This List View is created with the default "Visible to all users (Includes partner and customer portal users)" permissions.

It is not at all clear to System Administrators (new ones, at least), that creating a new Queue will drop a new List View into the Customer Portal. This is something that even experienced admins could easily forget.

Creating a new Queue should either a) display a warning to the user that a public List View will also be created, or b) default permissions on the Queue to be personal or "All Internal Users".
