Enhanced Package/Namespace Support (like Java/.Net)

Development (Apex, LWC & VF)

Enhance/revise Salesforce Package Namespace convention to be more universal and less limiting. Enhancments would include: - A hiarchial naming tree format, not a flat string like today's implementation, more like Java/.Net and create directories between package paths. - Support directory type structure in Force IDE so all Pages/Classes/etc are not confined to single folders for classes/pages/etc, but can be organized better for development purposes in to nested folders/etc. - Remove name size limitation on package names - Allow Container directories to store static resources - Allow easy refactoring of package names through the IDE or Salesforce - Allow package structure to be viewed in browser for APEX classes and not just flat list of all APEX classes, but some organizational hierarchy
