set up RMM for language keywords other than English

Currently RMM keywords support english only

it will be better if the RMM supported German French Spanish and other frequently used languages

Wait by attribute activity in Journey builder in marketing cloud

When we use wait by duration activity in journey and when we create the new version of journey, in that new version date gets changes but name of activity remain same which causes confusion.

So it should function as below:
1) date in the wait activity and the name of the wait activity both should change
OR
2) Both date in the wait activity and name should remain the same

Because if we have multiple wait by duration activity it would be complicated for s user to recognize which date has been updated.

Allow only exclude keywords in Topic Profile

Right now when creating a Topic Profile, to add a keyword in "Exclude keyword" field I must add a keyword in "Contains keyword" field as well. I would like to be able to only add a keyword in "Exclude keyword" field. So that I can filter out everything that has that specific word. This would be very useful for when I launch competitions and I get 800 comments in a single post, but would like to have a column that is without these 800 comments.

Subscriber preview in MMS

Recently I was working extensively on AMPscript in MMS for a client. The issue I faced is I cannot preview the MMS with Ampscript also some personalization attributes like ContactKey doesn't work when I send a test MMS. It would be great if we have preview similar to SMS subscriber preview.

Email Performance Reports that include views by email address

Can we develop a way to run an email report that shows email performance by specific contact's email address to show exactly what person opened the emails and which did not? All I can figure out is how to run a report by list - which doesn't show the detail of who specifically on my list viewed the email. The brokers like to get this type of detailed report on all of their email campaigns.

Interaction Studio integration with Pardot

Interaction Studio has ability to integrate with Sales Cloud to personalize recommendations displayed in the CRM. However what we are missing is ability to use Interaction Studio to personalize email messages in Pardot. This may lead to communication discrepancies and so I vote for adding this functionality to your roadmap.

When selecting images in an email, the default should be last selected folder

When working on an email, when you try to insert a new image it shows you the latest uploaded files. When there is a big team and many people are working on emails, it becomes a tedious task to locate the folder that contains the image and selecting the right image. If there are a lot of images, every time you will have to find the folder, select it and find the right image. This can be time consuming.

If the system takes you to the last selected folder an email developer worked on, it would be great.

History tab in All Subscribers should show Send and Bounce activities

When I look up an individual subscriber in All Subscribers, there is a History tab. However, that tab only displays actions the recipient took - opens or clicks. It really should also include email sends of all types. I think it makes sense that it should show bounce activities as well. This seems like it shouldn't be that difficult but it would be a big help for troubleshooting and fielding complaints.

Additional Capabilities in My Tracking

Ability for all users in SFMC that have access to My Tracking to have the following capabilities:

•In the summary section on My Tracking, to show in the “exclusion” section the number of subscribers that are in the “Held” status and not sent an email due to prior bounces

•Use Case: Need to be able to share with our stakeholders the waterfall of exclusions for their audience for each email send being triggered so they understand the difference between the original audience file and what was delivered

•In the summary section on My Tracking, to show a line item that shows the send classification / sender profile that was utilized for the email send

•Use Case: Need to be able to see the sender profile that was selected for each email send to ensure the proper business rules and exclusions that are tied to that sender profile were applied to the email send

•In My Tracking for Triggered Sends and Journey Sends, want the ability to have Email Overlay View similar to regular emails sends

•Use Case: Need to be able to share with our stakeholders the heatmap data for the emails within a triggered send and/or journey send
