Configure a no-reply email for SAP-based temporary email addresses
Our users recently reported an issue where an email recipient sent an email to a SAP-based temporary email address. Usually most users would select the reply button and the sender profile/RMM would route the message to the correct inbox, however, in this case the SAP-based temporary email addresses is saved in the users email and they can accidentally select it thinking they are sending an email to the actual recipient. We would like to propose a way to configure an auto-response in Marketing Cloud so that the user knows their email will not be delivered to any inbox.
