Allow myTrailhead Content to be public without logging in

For those who are creating Modules to be consumed by external audiences (customers), they would like for that content to be viewed without having to log in.

Advantages:
Potential SEO: people might "find" content organically through Search Engine
Email: Send link to content, previews, 

Basically work like Trailhead does.  Perhaps a Module can be tagged for Public or Log in Visibility.

Of course to take assessment and get badge/points have to log in.
