Goal Criteria, especially with the option to exit a contact from a Journey when they reach a goal, is AWESOME! However, it would be even better if we could specify some "post-exit actions" - either related to Goal or Exit Criteria, or even better, as part of Journey Settings.
Use case examples are:
- Update Contact: for those using a DE as a custom "logging" function
- Update/create record in Sales/Service Cloud: e.g. a Campaign Member record, or a Contact record
