Configure max number of future appointments for an Advisee

Advisor Link

In some cases, units do not want an Advisee to schedule more than one appointment. There is no way to pull this together with rollups or reporting easily. Ideally, we could set a max number of future appointments (this org may just be 1), so that any attempt to schedule via the community would error once the Advisee is past that number. Alternatively, if this count was available on the Case, it could be reported on or used in notifications to have an Advisor review and deal with manually.

You prioritized it and now we’re building it! Thank you, Trailblazers, for helping us shape our product roadmap. Inspired by this idea, we’re working on the following feature:

Advisor Link: Limit number of appointments advisees can book in the future
In order to prevent advisees from booking too many appointments, which could potentially prevent other students from being able to find available times, this feature would limit the number of appointments an advisee could book by Topic or Subtopic in a given time range.
    Estimated GA Release: Winter '22
