Audio Responses to True to the Core Live Chat
IdeaExchange
As a person watching True to the Core at Trailhead Live! I want to cue audio responses for the stream so I can more mimic the feel of True to the Core in a in-person setting. We all love True to the Core (TTTC). It's one of the great sessions that have been going on for years. As community members, we were able to ask questions directly to Salesforce product team and get responses. Some of the best experiences of TTTC are the audience audio responses to questions & Salesforce product team answers. Cheers for a question can emphasize community support for a feature or frustration. Cheers for an answer from the product team shows our excitement. Booos can emphasize our displeasure at a product team response and has occasionally changed the perspective of product team members to look further into an issue. This is something that's tough to replicate in a chat-only system with a virtual system. Doing something similar to Twitch streams that allow chat members to kick an audio-response may help replicate this experience.
