Resource Absence Sorting/Filtering

The Resource Absence List on the Profile Tab is listed in descending order with the record dated furthest in the future at the top of the list. This sort order cannot be customized or modified, which can be found in this article: https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=000316816&type=1

At the beginning of the year, we put in a resource absence for all US and Canada holidays so the resource cannot be scheduled on any holidays. This results in us only ever seeing the November and December holidays in the field service app, pretty much all year round, and the resources have no idea if any of absences they put in for earlier in the year are actually there.

It would be helpful if you could swap the order, as well as filter out the resource absences that are in the past. This would much more helpful for resource to see their absences from today on.
