Does Salesforce have plans to show when other users are viewing a case within your organization.  I know ZenDesk had that option in which you could see other users in the top corner that were viewing the case.  If Salesforce ever goes to do that I think it would be awesome to have that feature to have that available for users in teams if they are all viewing a case and they can see one another as a viewer on the case as a live view.
