Remove Linked Filters when Editing Reports

Operational Reporting

If you click on a Dashboard component, it applies "Linked Filters".User-added image
If a user then goes to edit that report, those Linked Filters are added to the report filters.

These extra filters can then accidentally be saved in the report. Linked filters should instead be removed when editing reports.
