Ability to Explain Why the Answer is Right or Wrong

When creating custom training, it would be great to be able to explain why an answer was right or wrong after a quiz is submitted and scored.
For example: 
Q: When a caller just needs directions, do I need to log a case?
Correct Answer: Yes.
Why is this answer correct? This is the correct answer because we provide feedback to the offices we support when ever a customer calls for a reason outside of scheduling to help them improve their communications to customers.
