True Field Sync
Connectors & API
Pardot and Salesforce should have a true sync. Sync should be granular down to the most updated field, not record. For example, if Salesforce updates a field and triggers a sync to Pardot and seconds later another field is updated in Salesforce, but the Pardot record took longer to sync and therefore has the newest record date, Pardot will actually sync back to Salesforce and overwrite the updated field with the old value.
This is crucial if you have Processes, Workflows or Flows running on records that are new or recently edited. Also, if you use Pardot forms to update existing Salesforce leads. Our current issue is the Lead Source and Lead Status fields - but I am sure there are others affected.
