Add "cannot complete" as a default action to work steps on work plans
Customer Experience
Currently users are able to mark a work step on a work plan as completed or not applicableIn some cases it could be, that an user cannot complete a work step, because of whatever reason.Currently it's not possible to select a "Cannot Complete" action by clicking on the three dots on field service mobile app nor dektop browsers.Would be great to have this option available with an option to enter a reason, why the step can't completed. An icon should be displayed accordingly to the selected option.Would be very helpful for techs, instead to complete the step with the option the change the status to cannot complete.
