Combined Numbered List and Checked List

Hi Quip Team,

I start to use Quip recently and it is so convenient to create a Numbered List, but I found I can only choose a Checked list or Numbered list. When I use it to create my todo list, I am really looking forward to an option to create a combination of a numbered list and a Checked list. For example:

Todo List Feb 2020 2a:
   [?]1.  project xxx
      [x]1.0 ask for xxx's feedbacks
      [x]1.1 ask for xxx's feedbacks
      [x]1.2 update xxx
      [x]1.3 discuss with xxx
      [x]1.4 commit xxx
   [  ]2.  xxx demo
      [x]2.0 xxxx
      [x]2.1 xxxx
      [  ]2.1 xxxx

blank means todo, 'x' means completed, '?' means having problems while working on it.

Numbered List helps me to break down a project to detail and organize the whole process. Checked List helps me to keep track of the whole process since things are always not done exactly in the originally planned order. Checked List also helps team members/lead to see other people's processes without spending extra time to communicate. Therefore, I really expect there is an option that I can combine Numbered List and Checked List together.
