Allow wave:selectionChanged event to be fired from Table with any column type

Operational Dashboards

The wave:selectionChanged is a good way to interact with components on an Analytics Dashboard. However it seems if this is used with a Table component on the Dashboard, the event does not get triggered while selecting a row on the Table. It is only triggered if a cell from a dataset column type of Measure is selected. This thus leads to a scenario where the event can be triggered only by selecting a particular cell instead of the row.

It will be good to extend triggering this event based on a row selection and that it can be triggered from any row/any cell without the need of including a Measure column type. More details on the issue and explanation can be found on this post on SFSE.
