Ability to log a case using Developer Org for Support (First Class Citizen)

Case Management

As per current setup, we cannot raise a case using Salesforce Developer org for support but Developer does need the support. 

There are many use cases where the developer needs support For example - Enable Multi-Currency, Enable Person account and etc.

Please bring the ability to allow cases to be logged with Support from Developer Edition org.
