Ability to Use Variable Tags in User Notifcation Emails and Salesforce Tasks

We'd LOVE to be able to create custom user notification emails and Salesforce tasks that populate variable tags for the prospect the user is being notified about. Ex. Hi [assigned rep], Your contact, [prospect name] recently requested a 15 minute product demo via the [form name] form. Please reach out to this rep via email at [email address] to learn more about their interest in the product. Sincerely, The Marketing Team. To be able to do that in a notification email and/or Salesforce Task would be awesome.
