Enable automation rules to run more than ONCE!

Automation & Engagement Studio

Allow prospects, Leads etc.. to run through the automation rule more than once if they meet the filter criteria. Also allow the rules to run more than once or on a schedule (once a day, month year) One use off the top of my head would be to set a Score CAP (IE: If score is greater then 101, set the score to 100) Right now Automation Rules ONLY trigger once (not many people know about this limitation)! This seems like a small, yet powerful change that Pardot could easily make.

We are excited to announce that Pardot Automation Rules now have repeat functionality! This means you can build Automation Rules that will match a prospect more than one time. You will have control over how often a prospect is eligible to match the Automation Rule, as well as how many total times a prospect can match.

Check out the Pardot Blog Post for more information about this new feature: http://www.pardot.com/blog/automation-rules-now-repeat-rule-functionality/
