Conditional options for completion actions

Automation & Engagement Studio

What does this mean? If prospect selects x value in your form, then assign them to user A. If prospect selects y value in your form, assign to user B & notify user C. Right now, you can try to do this via automation rules but it only works the FIRST time a prospect completes the form. Auto rules only run 1x. This would be ideal for a contact us form. Sales inquiry = notify sales manager Support inquiry = notify support team

A feature based on this idea is included in the next cycle of IdeaExchange Prioritization from Jan. 18 - Feb. 1. It would allow users to specify the conditions when an action should fire on a marketing asset rather than fire with every interaction. For example, fire if the conditions are true.

Help us determine if we should prioritize this feature over others on our product roadmap as we begin planning for Winter '22 and beyond. Click the Prioritization tab in the navigation above or visit https://sfdc.co/Prioritization
