Conditional options for completion actions

What does this mean? If prospect selects x value in your form, then assign them to user A. If prospect selects y value in your form, assign to user B & notify user C. Right now, you can try to do this via automation rules but it only works the FIRST time a prospect completes the form. Auto rules only run 1x. This would be ideal for a contact us form. Sales inquiry = notify sales manager Support inquiry = notify support team
