Outbound emails sent from Case Feed Email action using email templates consisting of letterhead with logo display with an ‘Inline Image Url’ link in the feed view.
The emails used to appear correctly in the past displaying the first line (~225 characters) of the email body when email updates were collapsed in feed view, but this changed at some point in July 2016. Emails sent prior to this time still appear correctly in feed view.
This is not ideal as support agents are now required to expand the emails in feed view to view the content. This adds more clicks,reducing efficiency, instead of being able to quickly scan what has been sent. This needs to be set back to how it was.
