Field Service Rule Violations as persisted fields
Dispatch Management
Currently rule violations of service appointments (e.g. overlap, missing skill,...) can only be seen in gantt chart. It would be very helpful to have those rule violations persisted in or attached to the service appointment as some sort of regular field, so that we could use it for custom actions (processes, flows, triggers,...) or even reporting. Example: We want to have overlapping service appointment ("double booking") highlighted in a specific color. We have to implment this using some processes to detect the overlap ourselves. If we would have this rule violation accessable, it would be easier and faster. Other use case: Report to analyze how often you have to send technicians with missing skills for a service job.
