Disable Quick Create 'NEW' button on lookup window in Lightning+Community UI

Setup Search

In Classic, we have an option to disable "Show Quick Create" under Setup -> Customize -> User Interface so we can get rid fo 'NEW' record creation on lookup search window.

There is no equivalent option for Lightning/Community UI unless you uncueck 'Create' in certain profile setting.

can we please have a setting to control this in Lightning view without change setting in profile?
