Pardot Automation Rules - CRM Campaign "ISN'T"

I would love if in automation rules, or anywhere else in Pardot for that matter, they could allow the rules based on "Prospect CRM Campaign" to have the alternate logic of "is not". When using Prospect CRM Campaign to define a rule, the only option available is "is".

i.e., "Prospect CRM Campaign IS Customer Journey 2017"

I have created an automation rule that adds targeted prospects to an email list (for a customer journey campaign). Those in my customer journey who submit a form or call into the office are added to a CRM Campaign - either manually or through engagement studio completion actions. I would like to make sure that my repeat automation rule IS NOT re-adding these prospects to the customer journey list and I believe I could ensure that if Pardot allowed "IS NOT" logic for the Prospect CRM Campaign rule. 

Thoughts? or any work arounds you'd suggest?

    Thank you all for the feedback on this idea. We hear you and recognize that the ability to use "isn't" in addition to "is" would be a helpful tool to assess CRM Campaign membership, but at the moment it's not on our upcoming roadmap. We'll still continue to revisit this idea as we review our backlog for future releases.
