Configure Opportunity Team Related List In Lightning Experience

Lightning Experience

Current Functionality
Currently, the Opportunity Member object allows custom fields to be added.  Addtionally, it is possible to configure the page layouts and the fields that show up on related lists.  Configuration changes to the Opportunity Team related list on an Opportunity appear in Classic, but those changes do not appear in Lightning.

Requested Change
Allow Opportunity page layout configuration changes to the Opportunity Team related list on to also appear in Lightning Experience.  Specifically, allow custom fields to appear in the Opportunity Team related list.
