Lighting Contacts: Unable to remove "Add to Campaign" button

Customer Experience

On Contact related list the "Add to Campaign" button is showing on Lightning and works fine in classic. Even though I have disabled this button from the page layout related list buttons.
This creates confusion among Users and gives bad user experience.
