More Comprehensive View of Recent Email/SMS Engagements of a Single Customer

Currently, the best way to view recent email/SMS sends of a single customer is through: Contact Builder > All Contacts. Another way is through All Subscribers and History. 

This is great, but it needs to be a more comphrehensive view. For SMS, we only are able to see the first 84 characters of the message that was delivered.

And for email, we do get Opens, Clicks, and Converted checkmarks, but we are unable to click to view the email message that was sent or see which links were clicked.
