Allow copy from an spreadsheet cell when you don't have Edit rights to the doc
CURRENT STATE: The data in a Quip Spreadsheet cell can't be selected and copied to clipboard unless you have Edit access to the Quip document.
DESIRED STATE: There's an option to share a document without granting Edit access, but with the ability to allow select and copy of all or part of the contents of an Quip Spreadsheet cell.
MY USE CASE (I'm sure there are others) : My teams are using a Quip doc (with embedded Quip Spreadsheets) to capture software deployment runlist steps. The person who creates the runlist has Edit access to the Quip doc, but the person that executes the runlist doesn't have Edit access. (Segregation of Duties principle)
Without the ability to copy the values from the cell, the person executing the runlist step needs to very carefully read the values from the screen manually type them where needed (Think about long ids, long case sensitive names, etc.)
