Cut & Paste spreadsheet enhancements

When re-arranging rows in a spreadsheet it would be so much easier if "Cutting" a row removed the entire row as opposed to just removing the text and leaving an empty row. Additionally for pasting, there should be an "Insert new row and paste" option. This would save so much time organizing spreadsheets and making the functionality more like Excel
