    Hi Everyone, I'm pleased to announce that there is a pilot program scheduled for Winter '19 for Thanks and Badges in Lightning Experience. Please work with your Support team to enable this pilot for your org - or reach out to your Account Executives or Customer Success Managers for more information. We've also made significant progress in our Communities product where Recognition Badges are GA in Winter '19 - cc - @Austin Tam (Salesforce) @Laurent Kubaski (Salesforce)

    The current plan for is to move Thanks & Badges to Lightning in 2018. We will also continue to support as it currently exists in the Classic User Interface. We have no additional plans to enhance in either Lightning or Classic. is no longer being sold to new clients, but we continue to make it available to customers that have already purchased it.

    For additional context and transparency, we made our decision to focus our Lightning efforts only on Thanks & Badges because overall adoption is very low (and continues to decline). While we would love to focus on every feature, we simply cannot. Therefore, we decided to focus on building and enhancing in Lightning based on the following criteria: broad customer adoption (as measured by Monthly Active Users and Monthly Active Orgs), idea exchange points, and overall “voice of the customer” feedback.

    For customers that want deeper Sales Performance Management capabilities, we have identified more feature-rich solutions from partners such as LevelEleven and Betterworks that we encourage customers to look at. LevelEleven is Lightning Ready.
