Give "view all" or more, privileges to admins for org SFDC's support cases

Help & Training

Admins should be able to see all his/her org's cases submitted for SFDC support no matter that they own the case or not, so when another admin from your org sends you the link of his/her case, you can visualize it, right now if you do that, this error pops up:

So if you want to see the case, the case's owner has to cc/send you the email and go through the entire conversation.
