Support using 'standard' flow parameters
Process Automation
Salesforce widely supports starting Flow interviews from detail page buttons and list buttons, and shows how to set custom parameters using the flow URL. But most of the time, we want the flow to do something meaningful with the actual record it was started from. The submitted record context (or multi-record selection) is accessible by creating id or ids input variables in the flow. There's just one problem: this functionality doesn't appear to be documented.Lots of workarounds exist to marshal these standard parameters into flow, like visualforce entry pages, process builder sandwiches, javascript buttons etc. Flow integrations could be greatly simplified by officially supporting this out-of-box functionality.
