Allow Pardot assigned user to overwrite Salesforce owner
Salesforce Alignment
When my organization imports a Leads list from a Webinar or other marketing activity we do it in Salesforce and the Leads naturally progress through the Active Assignment Rule and are created as Campaign Members. The currently default to the Unassigned Leads Queue in Salesforce. We then use a Pardot segmentation rule to create a list of prospects who are campaign members for the follow up emails which are then sent in an Engagement Studio. One of the actions in the Engagement Studio is to assign Leads to the Inside Sales Group in Pardot so that the automated follow ups are distributed amongest the team. I only just learnt that the CRM owner is the master and cannot be overwritten by Pardot. While I can understand that for Leads (or Contacts) owned by a Human this might be a bad idea but for Leads owned by a Queue, this should be allowed.
